Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in a plain, unbranded box via Australia Post. There is no mention of "Cottons" or the contents on the outside of the package. We ship from our Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days, and delivery takes 2-7 days depending on your location.

Yes! We specifically designed both of the Comforts Lights and Comforts Plus ranges to be kind and gentle on sensitive skin. As users of bladder weakness pads know, dry, sore, red and irritated skin can commonly accompany frequent use. In each of our pads and liners, the coversheet is made from 100% natural cotton. This makes them breathable, soft, and comfortable!
No! All Comforts pads and liners contain no scents or perfumes.
We use 100% natural long fibre cotton for the cotton coversheet, and for the absorbent core we use SAP (super absorbent polymer), a highly absorbent material that can absorb up to 300 times it’s own weight!

For a light flow (up to 240ml): Choose Comforts Lights Regular for reliable all-day protection.
For a moderate flow (up to 320ml): Comforts Lights Super are perfect for managing a moderate flow.
