Frequently Asked Questions
No! None of our pads or liners are scented.
No! None of our period care contain any bleach, chlorine or other hidden nasty chemicals—only 100% natural/organic cotton.
Yes! The 100% organic cotton we use in every organic pad is hypo-allergenic and breathable, making them exceptionally kind and gentle on sensitive skin.
Yes! Our Ultra-thin Regular/Super and Maxi pads all have a set of wings, while our Overnights have two sets of wings for maximum security while sleeping.
It depends on your flow! It's generally recommended to change every 4 - 8 hours, but if you find the pad feeling wet, uncomfortable or full, then changing as soon as possible is fine too.
For the cover-sheet, we use 100% organic cotton, and for the absorbent core we use Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP), a material that can absorb up to 300 times it's own weight (this is what makes our pads so reliable!).

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in a plain, unbranded box via Australia Post. There is no mention of "Cottons" or the contents on the outside of the package. We ship from our Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days, and delivery takes 2-7 days depending on your location.
At this stage we only serve the Australian market.
We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@cottons.com.au within 14 days, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Because our products are personal hygiene items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you have opened the pack and decided it's not the right fit for your needs. This policy ensures the safety and hygiene of all our products for all our customers.
