How much does shipping cost?

Here at Cottons, we offer free shipping for all orders over $49. All other orders of lesser value will attract a shipping fee (and cost may vary).

 

 How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All paid orders will be dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria via Australian Post e-Parcel within 48 hours of being placed, however we may experience delays due to sale periods. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation, which will include a link to track your parcel. Delivery time frames will vary from location.

  • If an order is placed on a weekend, it will be processed the next business day.

 

Can I track my order?

You absolutely can! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation, which will include a link for tracking your parcel. Follow the instructions contained in the email.

 

Will my order be shipped in discreet packaging?

Yes. There will be no 'Cottons' branding on the outside of delivery.

We will send out your parcel on the same day of each month, however the arrival of your package may vary, as we cannot control postage times.
