Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in a plain, unbranded box via Australia Post. There is no mention of "Cottons" or the contents on the outside of the package. We ship from our Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days, and delivery takes 2-7 days depending on your location.
At this stage we only serve the Australian market.
We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@cottons.com.au within 14 days, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Yes! We specifically designed both Comforts Ranges (Lights and Plus) to be kind and gentle on sensitive skin. As users of bladder weakness pads know, dry, sore, red and irritated skin can commonly accompany frequent use. For each of our pads and liners, the coversheet is made from 100% natural cotton. This makes them breathable, soft, and comfortable!
No! All Comforts pads and liners contain no scents or perfumes.
We use 100% natural long fibre cotton for the cotton coversheet, and for the absorbent core we use SAP (super absorbent polymer), a highly absorbent material that can absorb up to 300 times it’s own weight!
We recommend choosing based on your level of leakage.
Here is a simple guide:
For light leaks or drips (up to 125mL): Our Regular Liners & Pads are perfect for feeling secure throughout the day.
For moderate leaks (up to 400mL): Choose our Comforts Plus Super for reliable, all-day (and overnight) protection.
For heavy leaks or overnight use (up to 800mL): Our Comforts Plus Super Plus offers maximum absorbency for total peace of mind.

If it's your first time ordering, we recommend purchasing a single pack of the absorbency you think is best for you. This is the most effective way to ensure it's the perfect match for you before considering a larger, subscription-based order.
