Still have not received my Order!

I placed my Order on the 8th December and was told it was on its way on the 9th December. You used Aramex. I have just now checked their Tracking and it says - "Not ready for collection. Your parcel is still being prepared for collection by the sender." I have had a lot of trouble with Aramex in the past and would not have put the Order in if I had realised that you use only them for deliveries. Yes, I know that it is the "Silly Season" but......!! The other times I have had problems with them, it was during "Normal" times and they still mucked up my delivery! I would suggest that you give people the choice between Aramex and Australia Post! I only used Australia Post! Thank you.

Improvements

I love your products, and been using since I found you period products. When I started to need inconence products, I was glad you also had these. What I miss is wings that stop bunching up - reducing efficiency. For the aged and those losing both urinary and fecal control because of dementia your pads are less useful. Pants style are used in aged care, so those going there at the moment who have been using your products will have a huge shock, when they have to regress to the available pants style products .

Not my favourite.

They were not my favourite I think I misjudged the sizing ( my fault ) but I don't think I would buy them again not comfortable at all.
